This policy covers photoshoptrainingchannel.com (the “Site”) and the Photoshop plugins published by Photoshop Training Channel and Jesus Ramirez (“PTC,” “we,” “us”), including Prompt Vault and Finishing Helper.

Our Plugins

Our Photoshop plugins — including Prompt Vault and Finishing Helper — store all data locally on your device inside Photoshop’s plugin storage.

We do not collect, transmit, access, or store:

• Your prompts, tags, notes, or vault contents

• The contents of your Photoshop documents or layers

• File names, file paths, or project metadata

• Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry

• Your IP address or device information

• Any personal information of any kind

The plugins do not connect to our servers. They have no account system, no cloud sync, and no internet communication. If you uninstall a plugin, all its local data is removed with it.

The Website

When you visit photoshoptrainingchannel.com, the following data is collected:

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns (pages visited, country, device type, referral source). Google Analytics may set cookies and process limited personal data (including IP address) according to Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Cookies. We use cookies for analytics and basic site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Contact forms and email. If you email us or submit a contact form, we receive your email address and message. We use this only to respond to you.

Course Members (Kajabi)

Our courses are hosted on Kajabi. When you create an account, purchase a course, or interact with course content, Kajabi collects and processes:

• Name and email address

• Payment information (processed by Kajabi’s payment processors — we never see or store credit card numbers)

• Course progress and activity

• Login and session data

Kajabi handles this data under Kajabi’s Privacy Policy. We access your account information only to provide course access, respond to support requests, and process refunds.

Adobe Marketplace

Our plugins are distributed through the Adobe Marketplace. When you install a plugin, Adobe handles the download and any associated account data per Adobe’s Privacy Policy. We receive aggregate, anonymized install counts from Adobe — nothing that identifies individual users.

Data Retention

• Plugin data: Lives on your device only. We have no copy and cannot retrieve it.

• Course accounts: Retained as long as your Kajabi account is active. Contact us to delete.

• Email correspondence: Retained for as long as needed to provide support, typically up to 2 years.

• Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months).

Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you

• Request correction or deletion of that data

• Opt out of analytics tracking

• Unsubscribe from any email communication

If you’re in the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have additional rights, including the right to know what’s collected, the right to deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@photoshoptrainingchannel.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

The Site, courses, and plugins are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us, and we’ll delete it.
